User accounts are created when purchasing a subscription (free when purchasing a CD). There is no special restriction and the users can view ON LINE a number of company profiles according to the subscription type.

Companies Access - [Members]

Company accounts can be created by private companies' representatives by filling out the registration form.
Foreign (non Romanian) companies or non-judicial organizations cannot apply for this type of account.
Registered companies can do changes on their own contact information.
