The Insolvent Companies service is not intended for spot checks but for bulk checks. The operating status of each company (including insolvency) is visible in its own profile in the identification data section. You can also see, at no additional cost, in each company's profile if it has been listed in the BPI (in the section listing detailed reports).

Information service about companies having insolvency proceedings according BPI::

API insolvency - for daily automated import of data sets into own applications in csv format

[apikey] = your API key[yyyy/mm/dd] = the date of the bulletins for which the mentions regarding insolvency are requested
tabel = optional parameter that can take the values: "sumar" (default), "firme" or "acte" and affects the types of information returned
In version 5 of API the key that join tables is the fiscal code "CUI" of the company and the old key "ident" has been removed.
In version 6 of the API, the csvsafe=0/1 parameter was introduced, which, according to the CSV standard (RFC 4180), encapsulates texts with special characters in quotation marks and makes it possible to read diacritics in Excel (BOM UTF 8).
