Choose the right access plan

   The Romanian-Companies application, which helps you quickly find information about companies in Romania, brings you the following advantages:

• you have access to the only database of all Romanian companies with verified contact information and updated through call center;
• you can check the creditworthiness of the collaborators for the security of your own business: outstanding obligations to the budgets, financial situation, files in court, the insolvency proceedings bulletin, ANAF status, etc.
• you can monitor your business partners , competitors or even your own company in: Insolvency Proceedings Bulletin, Legal Files, Official Journal;
• view links between all partner or affiliated companies;
• make business contacts, partnerships, supplies and sales by choosing informed who you get in touch with;
• you can find new customers using the contact details available for companies in marketing campaigns.

 Access plans that allow you to use the Romanian-Companies application, depending on the validity period and views limit you choose, are valid until the views limit or expiration date is reached, whichever comes first. If you no longer have a valid access package, the extension of access can only be done by purchasing a new access package.

The service is provided and billed by Lista Firmelor Active SRL or its subsidiary. Services are activated immediately after the payment. You will be able to download the invoice within 48 hours from your account.

• Views - views of pages with company information or detailed reports. A company profile can mention several detailed reports (such as Official Gazette, Insolvency Bulletin, Court Cases and Anaf Debts). The simple profile option does not offer access to the detailed reports at all, while with the extended profile option one view is consumed for each detailed report accessed separately and the detailed profile option, active by default, reduces the consumption to only 2 views/company (profile and detailed reports). The CIP, Recom and RNPM (AEGRM) reports are not mentioned or included in the company profile but can be ordered separately.
• Availability:
  • Unlimited available - the access rights and the views do not have a time expiration but expire when runing out of views;
  • One year available - the access rights and the max limit of views expire after an year or when runing out of views;
  • One month available - the access rights renew monthly and have the following specifications:
    1. the number of views is unlimited (does not count at all);
    2. cannot be activated based on impressions additional services (API, CIP reports, RECOM, RNPM, company status, premium exposure, data selections with impressions, etc.);
    3. a single user is allowed to connect on a single device and on a single browser at a given time
       (to fast switch browser/device you should logoff first from the previous used);
    4. users who by far exceed the average traffic are periodically checked with captcha. For large volumes of activity we recommend plans valid for one year that do not have this inconvenience.
